Chi Psi Omega Chapter was established by four dedicated members of Alpha Kappa
Alpha Sorority, Incorporated: Dr. Barbara Thomas, Revertha Grace, Veronica
Phillips, and Mildred Hightower. They recognized a need for community service in
the North Broward County area and began organizing efforts in February 2001.
After several years of planning and community engagement, the chapter was
officially chartered on June 12, 2005, under the leadership of the 26th
International President, Linda M. White, and the 15th South Atlantic Regional
Director, Irene W. McCollom.

 

Rooted in purpose and guided by the enduring vision of our beloved sisterhood, Chi
Psi Omega remains steadfast in advancing programs that uplift families, strengthen
communities, and honor the rich traditions of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,
Incorporated ®.

Through dedicated service, collaborative partnerships, and an unwavering
commitment to excellence.

Chi Psi Omega welcomes members who are dedicated to the mission of Alpha Kappa
Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ® which is to promote sisterhood and provide service

fostering community engagement and providing opportunities for members to
