Welcome to Chi Psi Omega!
It is my sincere and extreme pleasure to bring greetings on the behalf of the members of the Chi Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Serving the areas of Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Margate, North Lauderdale, Margate and Parkland, Chi Psi Omega has served as a community change agent and guiding light for 17 years. Chi Psi Omega continues to impact these communities through our mission, vision, and dedicated services of our programs.
Established in 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is the oldest sorority established by African American women in our nation. Under the leadership of our International President & CEO, Danette Anthony Reed, our 2022-2026 International Program Initiatives, Soaring to Greater Heights of Service & Sisterhood, address six focus areas: Strengthening Our Sisterhood, Empowering Our Families, Building Our Economic Wealth, Enhancing Our Environment, Advocating for Social Justice, and Uplifting Our Local Community.
Chartered June 12, 2005, by 34 dynamic women, Chi Psi Omega has grown to over 100 extraordinary and professional ladies. Chi Psi Omega takes great pride in continuously fulfilling our sorority’s mission of “Service to All Mankind” with its commitment, service, and leadership. I am honored and grateful for the privilege to serve as the President of the Chi Psi Omega chapter. Under my administration, Chi Psi Omega will continue to keep sisterhood and service at the forefront of her cause, while staying diligent to foster membership development.
We enthusiastically seek opportunities to engage with the community, collaborate with community partners, and offer programs and services that are impactful and sustainable.
